Proposal to grant community lease 115 Picton Street, Howick

Auckland Council invites submissions or objections from persons with an interest in the following Howick Local Board Area.

115 Picton Street, Howick
Council proposes to grant a community lease to Howick Radio Charitable Trust for the room at 115 Picton Street, Howick, for the purpose of community engagement and accessibility. The lease is for a term of 5 years with one 5 year right-of-renewal.

The proposal is made under the Local Government Act 2002 in respect of Part Lot 2 Deposited Plan 31428 comprising 678 square metres and contained in NA15C/258 and Part Lot 3 Deposited Plan 31428 comprising 678 square metres and contained in NA15C/259. Both held in fee simple by Council. The area for lease is approximately 33m2 of the building on the site and comprises of one open plan room.
