Healthy Puketāpapa is a health and well-being project focused on Puketāpapa.
It brings together agencies and the community to make a difference to the lives of people living in the area.
This includes initiatives targeting those who are most affected by harm or poor health.
Healthy Puketāpapa's year three review
To help us develop the project, we want to understand how people are right now.
We will use this knowledge to guide the project's direction.
What we want your feedback on
We would like you to answer a short anonymous survey about:
- your family
- finding support.
When you can have your say
You can complete our wellbeing survey online from 23 April to 18 June 2021.
What happens next
- We will hold a hui at the end of June where community representatives will explore how Healthy Puketāpapa might develop over the next three years.
- We will hold a workshop in mid July where our representatives will analyse key themes from the hui and make recommendations for the year three Healthy Puketāpapa review.
- From the end of July to mid August 2021, those interested can look over the draft review document and provide feedback.
- Our year three review and recommendations will be presented to the local board to finalise.
