Several playgrounds around Papakura and Manurewa have reached the end of their useful life, and need to be renewed to meet the growing needs of their local communities.
These are in:
- Gallaher Park
- Leabank Park
- Weymouth Park (Joshua Place Reserve)
- Berwyn Reserve
- Clarice Reserve.
Before we develop concept plans for these parks, we would like to get your feedback on the kinds of things you would like to see as a part of each park's play space.
The new designs could include:
- swings and slides
- climbing equipment like rope nets
- natural play like mounds
- stepping logs or balance beams.
You can have your say on as many of the five parks as you like.

You can have your say from 12 November to 14 December 2018.
We will analyse your feedback from each park, and develop the five concept plans.
We anticipate these will be ready in February 2019.
