We are proposing to grant a new commercial ground lease for the Lilliput Mini Golf site at 3-5 Tamaki Drive, Ōrākei.
The land is approximately 3243 square metres and current use of the site will remain unchanged.
The proposed lease will be for a term of two years. The term begins 1 August 2020 and ends 31 July 2022.
We currently hold the land in fee simple as a classified recreation reserve. This means it is controlled by the Reserves Act 1977.
