About Randwick Park

Large sports park in a mostly residential area with plenty of space for recreational activities.

Access the car park from Riverton Drive. Pedestrians can also access from Secretariat Place. The car park gates are open 7am-9pm in summer, and 7am-7pm in winter.

A playground, toilets and changing rooms, seating, a large skate park, basketball and tennis courts, sports fields, cricket nets, and a car park (with mobility parking) are inside the park.

Animals

Dogs must be on leash at all times in our parks unless otherwise stated in the dog walking section.

Alcohol

Alcohol is banned from some public places in Auckland. See Alcohol bans to find out the rules for each park and view ban maps.

Smokefree parks

Our parks are all smokefree.

Waste

Use bins where provided to dispose of your rubbish. If there are no bins take all rubbish and recycling with you when you leave.

Outdoor fires

It is illegal to light open fires in public areas in the Auckland region.

The playground has a wide variety of equipment to cater for many age groups.

The littlies will enjoy the swings, sand play area and the seesaws.

The older children have lots of swinging and climbing equipment, a flying fox, and the nearby skate park to keep them entertained.
