On the wild west coast this windy reserve has a black sand beach and is very windy. Always swim between the flags, and when the Karioitahi Surf Club are on duty.
Access from the end of Karioitahi Road.
Parking, toilets and changing rooms are inside the reserve.

Animals
Dogs must be on leash at all times in our parks unless otherwise stated in the dog walking section.
Alcohol

Smokefree parks
Our parks are all smokefree.
Waste
Use bins where provided to dispose of your rubbish. If there are no bins take all rubbish and recycling with you when you leave.
