This large sports park caters to a range of recreational activities. There is a great network of paths that connect the entrances with the path around the sports fields and the car parks. From the car park area you can access Neville Power Memorial Park which has a playground, basketball half-court and picnic tables.
Access the car park from the end of Essex Street. The car park gates are open from 7am to 9pm. Pedestrians can also access from Te Atatū Road, Bordeaux Parade, Sheehan Road or through Neville Power Memorial Park.
Sports fields, a car park, fitness equipment, accessible toilets and changing rooms, bike stands and seating are inside the park.
Good oncrete paths link the entrances with the mobility car parks, accessible toilets (by the car park) and other facilities. Some sections of the paths are steep. These are marked on the Te Atatū ki te Tonga / Te Atatu South Park accessible map.
