About Manukau Sports Bowl and Velodrome
This is a large sports park bordered by Boundary Road, Te Irirangi Drive, and the southern motorway. It has lots of open grassed space and a good network of paths connecting the entrances.
Access the car parks from Boundary Road and Te Irirangi Drive. Pedestrians can also access the park from between numbers 12 and 14 Sandrine Avenue.
There is a playground (near the Sandrine Avenue entrance), a basketball court (by the Boundary Road entrance), and eight tennis courts (at the northern end) inside the park. You will also find a picnic table by the playground, and lots of seating throughout the park.

Animals
Dogs must be on leash at all times in our parks unless otherwise stated in the dog walking section.
Alcohol
Alcohol is banned from some public places in Auckland. See Alcohol bans to find out the rules for each park and view ban maps.
Smokefree parks
Our parks are all smokefree.
Waste
Use bins where provided to dispose of your rubbish. If there are no bins take all rubbish and recycling with you when you leave.
Outdoor fires
It is illegal to light open fires in public areas in the Auckland region.
