COVID-19 Orange setting – Accommodation information
Regional park accommodation
All campgrounds, tiny homes and SCC campgrounds are open.
If you’re staying in a bach or the tiny home, we have resumed our regular cleaning schedule and provided additional cleaning products on site. You can also bring your own hygiene provisions to wipe down shared facilities and sanitiser for general use.
If you’re camping, select a location that will maintain a good distance between other campers. Remember to bring your own hygiene provisions to wipe down shared facilities and sanitiser for general use. Toilets will have soap or sanitiser.
While using regional parks lodge accommodation we encourage the wearing of face masks, physical distancing and other measures to remain safe. This is due to the self-service nature of the accommodation and the number of people in the same space.
You can cancel or amend your bookings online via your myAUCKLAND account. We have temporarily suspended the five-day prior refund (excluding bank transaction fees) and amendment rules to allow full booking refunds or rescheduling to another date until 11.59pm of the day prior to your arrival.
While using indoor shared facilities, we recommend wearing a face mask and maintaining a physical distance from others. For more information on physical distancing and face masks please visit
covid19.govt.nz.
