Milford Centre Plan

The Milford Centre Plan guides future enhancement of the centre for the next 30 years.

What the Milford Centre Plan will do

Devonport-Takapuna Local Board has developed the Milford Centre Plan.

The plan is designed to fulfil the community's vision of a friendly and accessible centre expressing strong local identity, and natural and cultural heritage.

Milford Centre is uniquely located between Milford Beach, Lake Pupuke and the Wairau Estuary.

The plan aims to fulfil Milford's potential, using the principles of guardianship, character, social infrastructure and sustainability.
