About the plan change
This private plan change seeks to rezone approximately 8.2 hectares of land north of McKinney Road, from Future Urban Zone to Residential – Mixed Housing Suburban and to introduce a new precinct within the Auckland Unitary Plan (Operative in Part) 2016 to address wastewater infrastructure staging, transport network, ecology, and water quality effects. It will also extend the Stormwater Management Area Flow 1 overlay across the plan change area. The plan change will enable approximately 150 to 200 dwellings to be built.
