How to sign up for email property rates bills and valuation notices

If you have a myAUCKLAND account

Sign up to get your rates bills by email using myAUCKLAND.

  1. Log in to myAUCKLAND
  2. Select the 'Edit your contact details and how you receive rates bills' option from the dropdown 'Actions' menu.

This menu will only display if you have already added a property to your myAUCKLAND account.

If you don't have a myAUCKLAND account

You can still get your rates bills by email, even if you don't have a myAUCKLAND account.
