Birkenhead Licensing Trust (six vacancies)*
*As the number of candidates does not exceed the number of vacancies, Merran Sarah BROCKIE-DAVID, Paula GILLON, Rochelle LEE-WARREN, Marilyn NICOLLS and Shane Lawrence PRINCE are duly declared elected members of the Birkenhead Licensing Trust.
A by-election will be held for the remaining vacancy on 3 March 2026.
Order of candidate names
Auckland Council, Birkenhead Licensing Trust, Mt Wellington Licensing Trust, Portage Licensing Trust, and Waitākere Licensing Trust have resolved under regulation 31 of the Local Electoral Regulations 2001 to adopt the alphabetical order of candidate names to appear on the voting documents.
Wiri Licensing Trust has adopted the random order of candidate names to appear on the voting documents.
Issuing of voting documents
Voting documents will be posted to electors from Tuesday, 9 September 2025.
Return of voting documents
Voting documents must be returned not later than noon,
Saturday, 11 October 2025 to the electoral officer.
Voting documents can be returned by post or hand delivered to a vote box at the following locations between Tuesday, 9 September 2025 and Friday, 10 October 2025 during normal business hours, and Saturday, 11 October 2025 between 9.00am to 12 noon:
- the electoral office, 167 Victoria Street West, Auckland - entrance off Dock Street
- any Auckland Council library across the Auckland region
- selected retailers and supermarkets across the Auckland region.
