You need an alcohol on-licence to sell or supply alcohol to be consumed on your business premises.
Examples include:
- restaurant (including BYO)
- bar, tavern or nightclub
- theatre or cinema
- hotel
- function centre
- winery cellar door
- conveyance (i.e. bus, train, plane).
