How to register a food stall

If your food stall is selling food to raise money and is in a public place, you need to
apply for a fundraising licence.
Fundraising stalls on private land don't need to register
Food stalls that sell food to raise money for charitable, philanthropic or cultural purposes, for up to 20 occasions a year on private land do not need to register.
If your food stall is selling food to raise money and is in a public place, you need to apply for street trading approval.
