Complain about a health and beauty business
How to make a complaint
Contact us if you are concerned about:
- the standard of hygiene of a business
- a business operating without a licence
- a business not providing a safe environment for customers.
While some businesses do not need a health protection licence to operate, they must still provide a safe and hygienic environment and comply with the minimum standards.
Contact the Auckland Regional Public Health Service regarding any infectious diseases.
