Fees are non-refundable and are not pro-rated.

These licences cannot be transferred. If you buy an existing business, you must apply for a new licence.

Fees for low risk service

Low risk services are:

exfoliation
manicure and pedicure
sun-beds
hair removal.

Single basic service – A single service which is categorised as a risk of breaking or burning skin.	$319
Multiple basic services – More than one service which is categorised as a risk of breaking or burning skin.	$428

Fees for high risk services

High risk services are:

Acupuncture / Cupping / Moxibustion
Electrolysis
Laser treatment/pulsed light
Derma rolling / Stamping
Tattooing
Body piercing
Extractions
Red vein treatment
Traditional tool tattooing.

Single high risk service – A single service which is categorised as piercing the skin e.g. acupuncture, body piercing , derma rolling, electrolysis, extractions, red vein treatment, stamping, tattooing or traditional tattooing.	$519
Multiple high risk services – More than one service which is categorised as piercing the skin e.g. acupuncture, body piercing , derma rolling, electrolysis, extractions, red vein treatment, stamping, tattooing or traditional tattooing.	$519
