Summer casual booking applications
Applications for summer casual bookings for sports fields are open until to Friday 1 March 2024. We will assess the applications after the seasonal booking allocations are complete.
Autumn
field renovations timeframe
We will renovate the fields from mid-February to the end of April 2024. This includes field layout changes and maintenance.
Summer and winter season casual competition and training
Sports fields will be available for training and competition bookings for the sporting codes as below.
Summer football, touch, tag, American football and lacrosse - fields close on Sunday 3 March 2024 to start autumn renovations and maintenance.
Cricket, softball and baseball - fields close on Sunday 24 March to start autumn renovations and maintenance.
Winter codes - summer codes have priority use. We may be able to schedule winter training within the existing summer allocations, field availability and use limits.
Use the casual booking form to request pre-season training and competition play. Requests will be approved at the discretion of our senior maintenance delivery team.
We will process allocations in line with our priority application and allocation system. Existing summer allocations, renovations and maintenance will have priority. These will be assessed after seasonal allocations have been completed.
