Do not use this form to report a damaged or stolen kitchen caddy. We do not repair or replace kitchen caddies.

Note: We no longer provide 140L rubbish bins. If you live in the North Shore or Waitākere and want to replace your existing 140L rubbish bin, then a standard 120L rubbish bin will be provided.
