Members of the public may like to use this opportunity to address their local board members either through a public forum or a deputation. Public forums are usually three minutes while deputations can be up to10 minutes and these take place at committee and business meetings.

For deputations, a request must be made at least seven working days before the meeting. Please email Rodney Local Board to request a deputation.
