Aotea Quarter Framework

The Aotea Quarter Plan was produced in 2007 to support the area as the arts, civic, and cultural heart of the city. The Aotea Framework seeks to update and advance the strategic direction for the area set down in the Aotea Quarter Plan and more recently the City Centre Masterplan (CCMP) 2012.

The Whau Open Space Network Plan sets out actions for delivering a sustainable and quality network of open spaces for the local board area.

Whenuapai Structure Plan

The Whenuapai Structure Plan sets out the framework for transforming Whenuapai from a semi-rural environment to an urbanised community over the next 10-20 years. The plan guides future development by defining land use patterns and the location, timing and provision of infrastructure.

The structure plan will be implemented through a statutory plan change process to rezone land in Whenuapai.

Arts and Culture Strategic Action Plan - Toi Whītiki
