Plan text

The district plan text for Franklin section has been updated in October 2013 to include operative provisions of plan changes and in addition the removal of the main content outside the boundary of Auckland Council.

The only operative district plan amendments still subject to plan change currently are Variation 13 to Plan Change 14, which seeks to change the activity status of transferable rural lots from Waikato into the Auckland Region.
