You should know
Our next property revaluations will be carried out in 2024. We expect valuation notices to be sent to property owners towards the end of the year.
We will use the new property values to assess your rates from July 2025.
You should know
Any property rates amount shown are for the 2022/2023 rating year.
Rates for the 2023/2024 rating year have yet not been assessed.
They will be available here from late July 2023.
You should know
Any property rates amount shown is for the 2021/2022 rating year. Rates for the 2022/2023 rating year have not been assessed. New property valuations conducted during July 2022 are also not yet available.
They will both be available here from August, after the adoption of the Annual Budget 2022/2023.
