Proposal to grant a community lease for premises at Ellerslie Domain, 182-186 Main Highway, Ellerslie

​The land is legally described as Allotment 58 Section 12 Suburbs of Auckland - 2.2257 ha - No title, Lot 3 DP and Part Lot 2 10883 - 1206 m² and 1170 m² - NA252/213, Lot 1 DP 16591 - 1012 m² - NA1056/276, Lot 2 DP 16591 - 1012 m² - NA401/88, Lot 3 DP 16591 - 1131 m² - NA401/99Section 1 SO 62911. It is approximately 508.5.4m² more or less and held by Auckland Council in fee simple and held as a classified recreation reserve under the Reserves Act 1977.

Ellerslie Rugby League Club was incorporated on 24 July 1950. Its primary activity is to promote the sport of rugby league football in Ellerslie and the surrounding area. Its objectives include the provision of a social and professional environment for members and supporters to gather and/or participate in the game of rugby league.

A community lease will be for an initial term of five (5) years with one five (5) year right of renewal. Any person wishing to comment or make a submission in respect of the above proposal is to lodge this in writing with Valerie Vui, Community Lease Specialist, Auckland Council, Private Bag 92300, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142, by the close of business 10 July 2025.
