Proposal to grant a community lease for premises at Melanesia Reserve, 30 Melanesia Road, Kohimarama

​The land is legally described as Lot 2 DP 93072 contained in NA133C/247 as unclassified recreation reserve under the Reserves Act 1977, and is approximately 5832.7 m².

The Kohimarama Tennis Cub was established in 1920 and incorporated on 27 February 1930. The club has been based at Melanesia Reserve since 1982. Its primary activity is to promote the sport of tennis and provide related services.

A community lease will be for an initial term of ten years with one ten year right of renewal.
