​Proposal to grant new community lease at 474 Swanson Road, Ranui

The Henderson-Massey Local Board proposes to grant a lease to Royal New Zealand Plunket Incorporated for their tenant-owned building at 474 Swanson Road, Ranui.

The land is legally described as Lot 10 -11 DP 20280 being of certificate of title NA852/58, held in fee simple by Auckland Council under the Local Government Act.

The proposed lease is for a term of ten years plus a ten-year right of renewal.

Proposal to grant new community lease at 572C Te Atatū Road, Te Atatū Peninsula, Kaumatua Reserve

The Henderson-Massey Local Board proposes to grant a lease to Te Atatū Tennis Club Incorporated for their tenant-owned building at 572C Te Atatū Road, Te Atatū Peninsula.

The land is legally described as Part of Allot 4 DP 24371 Waipareira and Lot 1 DP 54618 contained in Certificate of Title NA20D/839, held in fee simple by Auckland Council for a public recreation ground and public hall under the Local Government Act.

The proposed lease is for a term of ten years plus a ten-year right of renewal. 

Proposal to grant new community lease at 39 Neil Avenue, Te Atatū Peninsula, Te Atatū Peninsula Park

The Henderson-Massey Local Board proposes to grant a lease to Waitākere Cricket Club Incorporated for their tenant-owned building at 39 Neil Avenue, Te Atatū Peninsula.

The land is legally described as Part of Lot 1, DP 44347 and Part of Lot 47, DP 45411. Lot 1 DP 44347 is held by the Crown through DOC as a classified recreation reserve vested in Council in trust. Part Lot 47 DP 45411 is held by Auckland Council in fee simple as a classified recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

The proposed lease is for a term of ten years plus a ten-year right of renewal. 

Proposal for lease area extension at 385 Don Buck Road, Massey, Triangle Park

The Henderson-Massey Local Board seeks feedback on an application by Triangle Park Community Teaching Garden Charitable Trust for an extension of licence to occupy to establish a food forest within Triangle Park at 385 Don Buck Road, Massey.

The land is legally described as Lot 31 DP 74830 and Lot 1 DP 80003 (Sec A SO 66733). Lot 31 DP 74830 contained in Record of Title NA30C/1189 (cancelled) is held in fee simple by Auckland Council. It is a classified local purpose (community buildings) reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 as per section 16(2A). Part Lot 1 DP 80003 on S.O. Plan 66733 is held by Council as an unclassified recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

The proposed extension is expanding the current lease area by an additional 831.8 square meters to extend the current food forest. The proposal is to include the classification of the land.
