Proposal to grant a community license for premises at Apirana Reserve, 81-87 Apirana Avenue, St Johns

The Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board is considering granting a community license to occupy to Meadowbank Pony Club Incorporated, for part of the land at Apirana Reserve, 81-87 Apirana Avenue, St Johns.
The land is legally described as Part LOT 415 DP 46447 contained in Record of Title NA7A/694 as a classified recreation reserve under the Reserves Act 1977, and is approximately 16752.8m²
The Meadowbank Pony Cub was established in 1968 and incorporated on 29 March 1973. Its primary activities include horse riding, horse care and grazing, club rallies and to promote the equestrian sport.
A community license will be for an initial term of two years with one two-year right of renewal.
