Proposal for North Shore Cricket Club Incorporated to sublease its kitchen

​Auckland Council gives notice under the Local Government Act 2003 that it proposes to approve a sublease for North Shore Cricket Club Incorporated for an external operator to operate from its clubroom kitchen at the Devonport Domain at 28 Vauxhall Road, Devonport.

The proposed sublease is on part of the land legally described as Part Allot 36 and Part Allot 39 Sec 2 Parish of Takapuna, held by the Crown through the Department of Conservation and classified as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and vested in the Auckland Council, in Trust for recreation purposes.

North Shore Cricket Club Incorporated currently holds the community lease for the council owned building at 28 Vauxhall Rd, Devonport. The club is proposing to sublease its clubroom kitchen to an external operator to serve refreshments to its club members and users of the reserve.

Any person wishing to comment, make a submission or an objection to this proposal is to send this in writing to Randy Jiang, Community Lease Specialist for the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board. Please indicated if you wish to be heard concerning your submission. The submission can be in any format.
