Proposed revocation of reserve at 116R Reeves Road, Pakuranga Heights

​Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, Auckland Council hereby notifies its intention to revoke the reservation of Local Purpose (Utility) Reserve over the land described in the schedule to this notice, situated at 116R Reeves Rd, Pakuranga Heights. The land is surplus to Council's requirements as it is no longer required for Council's current or future service. It is proposed that the land may be sold
to an adjoining owner or on the open market.

A plan showing the area of the reserve land to be revoked will be available on
Auckland Council's website at https://www.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz/have-your-say/public-notices/Pages/default.aspx

Any person wishing to object to the disposal of this land may do no later than 5pm on 30 June 2025, in writing and addressed to:
