The Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board proposes to grant a lease to AMMI Athletics Club Incorporated for their tenant-owned container at Rongamai Park, 238 Te Irirangi Drive, Flatbush.
The land is legally described as Pt Allot 125 SO 64472 Parish of Pakuranga, held in fee simple by Auckland Council as classified recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
The proposed lease is for a term of five years plus a five-year right of renewal.
Proposal to grant new community lease at East Tamaki Reserve, 244R East Tamaki Road, Ōtara
The Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board proposes to grant a lease to East Tāmaki Bowling Club Incorporated for their tenant-owned building on council-owned land at 244R East Tāmaki Road, Ōtara, East Tamaki Reserve.
The land is legally described as Part Lot 10 Deposited Plan 9824 contained in RT NA317/248, held in fee simple by the Auckland Council as a classified recreation reserve and subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
The proposed lease is for a term of ten years plus a ten-year right of renewal.
Proposal to grant new community lease at 7 Tavern Lane, Papatoetoe, Stadium Reserve
The Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board proposes to grant a lease to South Auckland Woodturners Guild Incorporated for their rooms in the Allan Brewster Recreation Centre at 7 Tavern Lane, Papatoetoe, Stadium Reserve.
The land is legally described as Part Lot 29 Deposited Plan 7551 held in fee simple by Auckland Council as unclassified recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
The proposed lease is for a term of five years plus a five-year right of renewal.
