Reclassification of reserves within the Ōrākei Local Board Area

​Auckland Council notifies its intention to recommend the Minister of Conservation to reclassify the reserve parcels described in the attached Schedule pursuant to Section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977 (RA).

These reclassifications relate to individual land parcels or part thereof, which in many cases make up only a portion of a wider park area. For further information on each of the proposals, including geographic location and maps, refer to the Schedule provided on this page.

Any person wishing to object to any of the proposals may do so in writing no later than 5pm on 29 August 2025
