This committee looks after programmes and projects that support communities, arts and natural environment in Auckland.
Its key focus areas include (but are not limited to):
- parks, community facilities, open spaces and recreation
- environment and Māori outcomes
- arts, culture, events and grants
- community partnerships and social wellbeing.
