How to connect with us online
The 15-minute online meeting is held on Microsoft Teams. This is software you can download and use for free. You do not need to create an account.
We will email you the date and time of the meeting, and a link to the meeting.
Use the link 'Join Microsoft Teams Meeting' to join the meeting at the scheduled time.
If you cannot connect to the meeting online, we will call you on the number you provide.

We recommend you test Microsoft Teams before the meeting starts to make sure it is working.
Types of advice available
We offer free online advice sessions for:
- building
- engineering.
We do not offer free online advice sessions for planning. To avoid application processing delays, it is important you engage a professional.
