About the Henderson-Massey Neighbours Day Grant

Henderson-Massey Local Board is partnering with Community Waitākere to help communities celebrate Neighbours Aotearoa.

To be eligible for a grant you must:

be a resident of the Henderson-Massey Local Board area
plan your event to take place between 1 and 31 March 2025
meet the Neighbours Aotearoa goal to 'turn strangers into neighbours' and 'streets into neighbourhoods'
hold an event for neighbours in your own street
involve 10 or more households
ensure the event takes place within the Henderson-Massey Local Board area
not use funds to purchase alcohol
not use funds to promote business, religious ministry or political purposes.

Note: We expect applications to open in February 2025.
