About the Puketāpapa Local Board Neighbours Aotearoa Grant

Puketāpapa Local Board provides funding to help communities celebrate Neighbours Aotearoa.

To be eligible for a grant you must:

be a resident of the Puketāpapa Local Board area
ensure the event takes place within the Puketāpapa Local Board area
hold your event between 1 March and 5 April 2026
meet the Neighbours Aotearoa goal to 'turn strangers into neighbours' and 'streets into neighbourhoods'
involve 10 or more households on the same street, or flats in the same apartment building
not use the funds to purchase alcohol.
