This is due to a system upgrade while we move some of Auckland Council’s business systems into a secure 'cloud' environment.
Affected services
During this time, you cannot use online services to:
- pay rates
- request bills by email or set up direct debits
- apply for, or renew, your dog's registration
- pay infringements (fines)
- access LIMs and property files
- apply for consents, licences and inspections
- request a new or replacement bin
- book parks, recreation or community venues
- report a problem.
Online library services
All online library services will still be available.
MyLeisure bookings
MyLeisure bookings for swim lessons, fitness classes and memberships will still be available.
