Auckland's next annual plan, also known as the annual budget, is due to take effect on 1 July 2026. It sets out what we aim to achieve in Auckland over the next financial year and how we will fund these plans.
Public consultation A process where members of the public are invited to provide input, feedback and opinions on specific issues or proposed policies. for the Annual Plan 2026/2027 closed on 29 March 2026.
Elected members of the Governing Body will now consider the feedback as they make final decisions for the plan.
