Asset management plans (AMPs) consolidate the data and information we need to make effective decisions.
Each AMP is developed in the context of the Auckland Plan and other strategic plans.
We and our council-controlled organisations (CCOs) hold assets valued at $42 billion.
In the next 10 years this figure will grow to more than $60 billion.
