We manage our assets in a robust and transparent manner. One of the ways we do that is by having asset management plans.

Asset management plans 2015-2025

Asset management plans (AMPs) consolidate the data and information we need to make effective decisions.

Each AMP is developed in the context of the Auckland Plan and other strategic plans.

We and our council-controlled organisations (CCOs) hold assets valued at $42 billion.

In the next 10 years this figure will grow to more than $60 billion.

We use the assets to:

help deliver our activities.
renew, improve, and grow the asset base - a large portion of our total expenditure relates to this.

We have structured our assets into a number of activity areas. This has lead to the production of four asset management plans.
