• Develop regional network of Māori cultural, arts and learning centres focused on specific bodies of knowledge and practice, anchored in place and nature.
• Grow and connect  rangatahi  Youth, younger generation. networks, voice behaviour change.

• Foster tangata whenua and tangata pasifika relationships as tangata moana.
