About the plan change
This plan change aims to enable temporary filming activities as a permitted activity (it is currently a restricted discretionary activity requiring a resource consent) on Sites and Places of Significance to Mana Whenua that are on council-controlled public places, subject to compliance with standards to protect and enhance the cultural values of these sites.
