About the plan change
This private plan change aims to rezone approximately 18 ha of land at 70A and 70B Lisle Farm Drive, Pukekohe from Future Urban Zone to Residential - Mixed Housing Urban zone.
The proposal also seeks to apply a new precinct and the Stormwater Management Area – Flow 1 Control over the entire plan change area which includes 70, 70A and 70B Lisle Farm Drive, Pukekohe.
