About the plan change
This private plan change aims to rezone 50 Westney Road, Māngere from Residential – Mixed Housing Suburban to Business – Light Industry and modify the existing Māngere 1 Precinct provisions which apply to 50 Westney Road, Māngere in the Auckland Unitary Plan (Operative in Part) to enable and support proposed Business – Light Industry activities.
