What to do if you have not received a property rates bill
If you have a myAUCKLAND account
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your myAUCKLAND account.
- Under the 'My property rates' heading, select the 'Go to my property rates' button.
- Select the relevant property to view the property account.
- Under the 'Your rates bill' heading, select the 'Download rates bills' button.

If you do not have a myAUCKLAND account
Create an account
To use myAUCKLAND, you need to create an account.
Provide your full name, email address and create a password.
