• tell us your bin is lost or stolen.

We no longer provide 140L rubbish bins for North Shore, Waitākere or Papakura. We will replace your 140L bin with a standard 120L bin.

Do not use this form to report a damaged or stolen kitchen caddy Smaller white bin to collect food scraps in the kitchen before transferring them to the larger food scraps bin outside. . We do not repair or replace kitchen caddies  – use another item like an ice cream container instead.
