Auckland is at Alert Level 3. All customer-facing facilities like leisure centres, community venues, customer service centres and libraries will remain closed until further notice. Essential services will continue.

Remember to wear a face covering, use the NZ COVID Tracer app, maintain a 2m physical distance, wash your hands, and stay home if you are sick.

4. What happens next

We will forward your application to the District Licensing Committee who will make the final decision. If your application is granted, we'll post your varied licence to you. 

We will let you know if: members of the public object to your application New Zealand Police, Auckland Regional Public Health Service or our inspector oppose your application.

The District Licensing Committee will contact you if you need to attend a public hearing before a final decision is made.
