3. Renew your camping ground registration

When to renew your ​camping ground registration

We send you a renewal application form before your licence expires. You need to apply for renewal within 14 days of the expiry date.

Camping ground registrations need to be renewed at different times of the year depending on where your camping ground is in Auckland.

How to renew your camping ground registration

Post your completed form with payment to:

You can also bring your form and payment to one of our service centres.

You should know

If we have not received your application within 14 days of the renewal date, the registration will lapse and you will need to apply for a new registration.
Camping grounds:
  • must be registered and inspected by a council inspector under the Health (Registration of Premises) Regulations 1966
  • must comply with the Camping Grounds Regulations 1985 before we can approve registration.
