Customers currently occupying SCC sites and baches may continue their stay but all other bookings for accommodation will be cancelled up until alert level 3 is lifted.

Our tiny home provides a unique year-round visitor accommodation for those who don't have access to a self-contained certified (SCC) vehicle. It features a modern kitchen, new furniture and flat screen TV.

Located in the campground next to the Parakai Springs Hot Pools, this tiny home is the perfect escape if you want to chill out in your own cabin and private space. It is set in a green oasis within walking distance to a thermal pool offering.

You can also use the tiny home as a base for your west coast adventures:

  • mountain biking
  • horse riding
  • tree climbing
  • 4 x 4 or off-road motorcycling
  • beach rambles
  • fishing on the Kaipara.

Alcohol is prohibited at all times.

150 Parkhurst Road, Parakai

Directions and access

Turn into the main driveway entrance to the Parakai Springs Hot Pools. Follow the driveway past the pool complex entrance and carpark. Turn right to get to the bach and locked gate. We will give you a combination code for the gate with your booking confirmation.

You need to phone us on 09 301 0101 five days before your booking starts so we can give you the access code to retrieve the tiny home key.
