COVID-19 Red setting - Accommodation information
Regional park accommodation
Most of Auckland Council's regional parks campgrounds, baches, tiny home and SCC campgrounds are open. Lodges are closed. Please check the website.
Due to additional cleaning requirements in COVID Protection Framework Red and Orange setting, most baches and lodges are open to existing bookings only.
You will need to vacate a bach or tiny home by 10am for cleaning.
When camping, select a location a good distance way from other campers. Bring your own cleaning and hygiene products to wipe down shared facilities and sanitiser for general use. Our toilets will have soap or sanitiser available.
Due to the self-service nature of the accommodation and the small number of people in the same space, you do not need a vaccine pass to use our regional parks accommodation. We encourage you to wear a mask and maintain a physical distance from others.
You can cancel or amend your bookings online via your myAUCKLAND account. We have temporarily suspended the five-day prior refund (excluding bank transaction fees) and amendment rules to allow full booking refunds or rescheduling to another date until 11.59pm of the day prior to your arrival.
You should have received an email update if you are booked to stay with us. Please email
email@example.com if you haven't received this email.
