COVID-19 Alert Level 3 – Accommodation information
Baches, campgrounds, lodges and SCC sites are closed under Alert Level 3.
While Auckland is at Alert Level 3, bookings for accommodation unable to be taken will be cancelled. We will be processing full refunds for these bookings.
Customers wishing to cancel or amend can now do so online via their MyAuckland accounts. We have temporarily relaxed the refund and amendment rules.
Customers who have currently been staying and have not completed their stay will require a manual refund for the nights affected, and we will advise if details are required.
If you haven't received cancellation communications, please email
