Designated level sealed parking area located in the main carpark at the start of Mercer Bay Loop Track.
For NZS5465 certified self-contained (CSC) campervan or motorhome only and maximum of one vehicle per booking.
CSC vehicles can stay in the designated parking area for one night in the summer (daylight saving) and up to three nights during winter (non-daylight saving).
We have closed large sections of the Waitākere Ranges to prevent the spread of kauri dieback.
When you visit our parks, you need to clean your footwear and equipment to avoid transferring disease from one area to another.

From Piha Road, turn left into Te Ahuahu Road and continue all the way down Log Race Road until the carpark at the end of the road.
Main park gates are open from 6am to 9pm during daylight savings hours and 6am to 7pm during non-daylight saving hours.
